KBE wins the Excellence Award in Cape Town

Western Union Financial Services held their annual conference at Cape Town, South Africa, in order to honor with privilege the outstanding performance of the winning institutions worldwide and grant the selected organization on merit the excellence award. Delegations from Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Pacific countries attended this meeting held from 17th March to 20th March 2009.

Excellence for Send & Receive Co-operation Award has been won by Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange Company, with its 23 branches all over Kuwait extends Western Union services, the fastest way to send and receive money worldwide.

The 29 years experience of KBE in the marketplace enabled the company with full confidence to win the first award among many contestants, and the evaluation added strength and popularity to its name among the mutual customers. KBE won, before two years, another award from Western Union Corporation in Casablanca, Morocco.

Western Union Club Award

KBE was awarded a club by Western Union International during a conference which was conducted in Casablanca, Morocco, as the best growing company in the Middle East for promoting Western Union services. The club was granted to The General Manager of the company in the year 2004.

The company was invited by the Central Bank of Kuwait to attend many conferences , forums and symposiums on different issues especially money laundering operations.

The Company has celebrated the Silver Jubilee , the 25 th anniversary on April 2 , 2005 . It was an exceptional rejoicing occasion for all the staff of the company . The staff were awarded financially by the Chairman and the Management on this precious occasion.
